BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Oct. 27 (PIA) - Scholarsips await Novo Vizcayanos here who are interested to pursue technical courses for employment.
Vice Governor Jose Tomas,Sr. said a P4 million-worth of scholarship grants have been poured in by Senator Sonny Angara to the province recently.
"The initial P2 million scholarship grant fund was already downloaded to the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Cagayan Valley and now ready for implementation," he said.
Tomas said the scholarship grants cover the following technical courses: Animal Production (swine) with National Certification (NC) II, Automotive Servicing with NC I and Electrical Installation Management with NC II.
"We are very grateful for this grant because it will help our fellow Novo Vizcayanos especially the poor who are suffering from this pandemic," he added.# (MDCT/BME/PIA 2-Nueva Vizcaya0
