
BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, July 13 (PIA) - Officials and members of the Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines (F & AMP) recently donated various equipment to an elementary school to protect their schoolers and teachers from the COVID-19 infection and boost their learning.
Roger Visitacion, worshipful master of the F & AMP - Magat Lodge No. 68 said surgical and personalized face masks, gloves, vitamins and WiFi connection gadgets were recently given to the Dr. Candido Rosario Elementary School (DCRES).
DCRES, located at barangay Upper Magsaysay in this town which caters to poor schoolers is an adopted school of the fraternal organization and has been receiving various donations to boost the learning environment of both pupils and their teachers.
"Our recent assistance was focused on the prevention of COVID-19 infection and the provision of tools that will be needed for the school's online learning system among its schoolers," Visitacion said.
In the previous years, Magat Lodge also gave various assistance to the DCRES in the form of book donations, TV sets, sound system, chairs, toothbrushes and toothpastes, feeding activities and medical and dental services, among others.(MDCT/BME/PIA 2-Nueva Vizcaya)
