Angat Bayanihan Meeting Registration

Ngayong araw, nilulunsad namin ang #AngatBayanihan — ito ang ating VOLUNTEER PROGRAM sa Angat Buhay kung saan puwede kayong mag-ambag ng oras, talento, o kahit anong tulong para sa agarang pangangailangan ng ating mga kababayan.  Dito, puwede kang magsagawa ng iba’t ibang klase ng paglapit at pagtulong sa kapwa, lalo na para doon sa mga nakilala natin sa ating mga pag-iikot sa iba’t ibang parte ng Pilipinas.  Ilang halimbawa ng pagbabayanihan sa pamamagitan ng Angat Buhay ang agarang pagkilos ng volunteer groups sa Abra at Ilocos provinces na tumugon sa pangangailangan ng mga nasalanta ng lindol. Bago pa man iyan, nagsagawa rin ng relief operations ang ating magigiting na volunteers para sa apektado ng Banaue landslides. Nariyan din ang mga kabataan sa Maynila na magsasagawa ng kanilang medical mission sa komunidad. DTI to issue guidelines for other services at barbershops, salons

PASIG CITY, July 4 (PIA) – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is set to  issue the guidelines for other services that can be offered at barbershops and beauty salons.

During the Laging Handa Public Briefing on Friday, Presidential Spokesperson Secretary Harry Roque said that barbershops and salons will no longer be limited to providing basic haircut services.

“Tinanggal na po ang clause na limited to basic hair cutting services para sa barbero at salon sa guidelines sa mga lugar na nasa GCQ,” said Roque.

Based on the IATF Resolution No. 51 issued on 2 July 2020, the clause “limited to basic hair cutting services” for barbershops and salons under Category III industries in Section [4](6)(c) of the Omnibus Guidelines in the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines is hereby deleted.”

However, Sec. Roque reminded the public to wait for the guidelines that will be issued by the DTI.

“Maglalabas pa po muna ang DTI ng guidelines para sa unti-unting pagbalik ng mga serbisyo.”

Likewise, IATF Resolution No. 51 states that, “The DTI shall issue the guidelines that will govern the gradual resumption of other services normally provided by these establishments, to the extent allowed by the minimum public health standards.” (PIA-NCR)

Bakit Uto-Uto ang mga Pulahan?

Yung tipong habang tumitingin ka sa feed mo may nakita kang nag-share ng mga conspiracy theory. Bakit ba naeenganyo sila? Paniwalang paniwala sila. Basahin ang maikling kasagutan tungkol dito. It makes them feel special and different. It gives them a feeling of being better than others, of having their eyes opened to a 'truth' that others don't see. That's why some call non-believers 'sheeple.' I think it's similar to the feeling we get whenever we learn an obscure yet interesting piece of trivia. The thought of "No one else knows it!" I also think conspiracies appeal to the way humans think, especially now. A desire to search for patterns. There has to be reason and purpose for anything. But this is not right! I still blame the lack of the fundamental research skills that needs to be taught in school. I believe you get to have a full subject on your 4th year, but investigative skills and fact checking should be honed at a young age.

'Di kami nagkamali, we already expected those things to happen... You're making fun of our opinions pero 'di niyo magets na para 'yun sa ikabubuti ng lahat.
