Abra recognizes barangay frontliners' efforts vs COVID-19 

VILLAVICIOSA, Abra, July 12 (PIA)-- The Provincial Government of Abra (PGA) reaches out to the different municipalities of the province with goodies and services for all barangays officials who stood up and continue to carry on their responsibilities as local frontliners in the  fight against the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19).

 Food packs  prepared by PGA employees  are ready for distribution to  all frontliners in the  Barangays. (CAGT - PIA CAR, Abra)

Through the leadership of Governor Maria Jocelyn “Joy” Bernos, Vice-Governor Ronald S. Balao-as and the Provincial Board Members, the initiative dubbed as “Sagut ti PGA Kadagiti Dadaulo” #TulongKadagitiTimmulong” recognizes the efforts of local officials in keeping their communities safe and free from Covid-19.

“It is so gratifying to realize all the efforts, commitment and dedication of our local officials in protecting their areas, families and neighbors from Covid-19. With this we appreciate all that you have done for your community.” Bernos said in her speech in Villaviciosa.

Each barangay official received food pack and cash incentive from PGA. Bernos also sponsored free haircut for the local officials called “First Gupit After Covid”.

“Hard times reveal true friends, and in the midst of this crisis that we are facing, the PGA has not failed to show us their support and care,” Villaviciosa Mayor Jose Lagen Jr. said.

 

To date, Abra has one active CoVID-19 case. Eight of the nine confirmed cases have already recovered. (JDP/CAGT-PIA CAR, Abra)

Board of Trustees and Members of Angat Pinas, Inc.

Pagbati sa mga itinalagang board members ng Angat Buhay na magsisilbing gabay at haligi ng organisasyon! Magsisilbing Chairperson ng Angat Buhay NGO si Atty. Leni Robredo; habang tatayo namang bilang President si Philip Francisco Dy. Si Raphael Martin Magno naman ang tatayong Executive Director ng organisasyon. Kabilang sa mga members of the board sina: Atty. Jose Christopher Belmonte; Joanne Baylon; Judith Azarcon-Marquez; Garrie David; Max Ventura; Rafael Lopa; at Raphael Martin Magno (Ex-officio). Tatayong Board Secretary si Atty Stella Pastores-Esquivas, at Board Treasurer naman si Camille Genuino. Kung narito ka ngayon. Marahil ay isa ka sa mga napadpad o mas magandang sabihin ay isa ka sa marites na nakatambay sa page ng mga kakampinks. Sa mga pagtulong sa akin, kahit hindi ko sinasabi, pero ginagawa pa rin, Thank you. Hindi ko man nasasabi personally pero taos puso ang pasasalamat ko sa inyo. Alam kong alam niyo na kung sino kayo. Isa na lang mahihiling ko talaga, ang mapanatili ang genuine and lasting friendship na nabuo natin. 💗 Kung may nasaktan o na-offend ako dahil sa mga paniniwala o pangbubully ko. Humihingi ako ng paumanhin. Kung isa ka sa ma-ooffend ko pa lang. Humihingi na ako agad ng paumanhin. Dahil din sa inyo, may natutunan at matututunan ako. Kung isa ka sa mga nagsasabing suplado ako, pasensiya na. Nagkakamali po kayo. =) Sa mga napasaya ko kahit paano, maraming salamat.
