LAGAWE, Ifugao, June 14 (PIA) - - The two Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) are the latest COVID-19 confirmed cases in the provinces.
Dr. Joseph Bulayungan, chief of the Ifugao General Hospital, said the two from the municipalities of Kiangan and Lamut are confined at the Region-2 Trauma and Medical Center, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya along with an OFW from Lagawe who was earlier tested positive for COVID 19.
These OFWS finished their mandatory 14-day quarantine period in Metro Manila, and had "negative" Reverse Transcription–Polymerase Chain Reactiontest results before coming home to the province.They rode in the same bus from Manila and were fetched by their respective local government units in Nueva Vizcaya province and brought directly to quarantine facilities.

Kiangan Mayor Raldis Andrei Bulayungan enjoined his constituents to be calm and seriously observe extra precautions on basic health protocols in defense against the threat of COVID-19.
“We again remind the public to stay at home and avoid going out to public places unless for essential needs,” he reiterated.
The Municipal Health Office, Inter Agency Task Force Covid -19 and contact tracing team are taking care of the matter.
As of June 13, 2020, the province recorded a total of five confirmed cases with two recoveries and three admitted in hospital facility. (JDP/MBL- PIA CAR, Ifugao)
