Republic Act No. 6713 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICAL STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES, TO   UPHOLD THE TIME-HONORED PRINCIPLE OF PUBLIC OFFICE BEING A PUBLIC TRUST, GRANTING INCENTIVES AND REWARDS FOR EXEMPLARY SERVICE, ENUMERATING PROHIBITED ACTS AND TRANSACTIONS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR   VIOLATIONS THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES Section 1. Title. - This Act shall be known as the "Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees." Section 2. Ex-RGMA station manager confirms ratings manipulation A former station manager of RGMA Network Inc., which manages GMA Network’s provincial stations, on Friday confirmed allegations of ratings manipulation in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. Baguio City Flower Festival Panagbenga 2008 launched

4 Paparazzi Arrested for Chasing Britney

Mario Munoz said officers observed several cars following a white Mercedes-Benz around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in Mission Hills. The cars were following Spears' car too closely and traveling at unsafe speed. They also made several unsafe lane changes, authorities said. Munoz said officers stopped the Mercedes, interviewed Spears and released the 26-year-old pop star after verifying her driver's license.
